RETURNS
We take full responsibility for any damage, defects, or errors in printing that may occur with your order. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, printed incorrectly, or if you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at shopheadnecks@gmail.com. Please include a clear picture of the problem item in your email. We will promptly review your case and get another item out to you and/or provide further instructions for returning the item with a return shipping label and/or return address if necessary.
The majority of items available at headnecks are printed to order on state of the art, Kornit full color DTG printers, allowing us to offer our customers a rotating and vast inventory of designs without being stuck with excess stock. We want all of our customers to be fully happy with their experience.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
